1. Product Type Introduction (SV Wire)

R 3SBEISVW 0.370×0.370 is an SV dual-cure self-bonding rectangular enameled copper wire. It features PEI base insulation and outer SV self-bonding coating. Supporting alcohol solvent and thermal dual bonding methods, the wire can form self-supporting coils without glue or impregnation, ideal for precision fixed-shape coil winding.

2. Core Product Performance
2.1 High Heat Resistance of EIW Insulation

Adopting high heat-resistant EIW polyesterimide insulation (180℃ temperature class), the thin insulation layer delivers stable thermal aging resistance and thermal shock resistance. It features reliable dielectric performance and basic mechanical protection, adapting to long-term stable operation of conventional and medium-load winding coils.

2.2 High Slot Fill Rate of Square Conductor

The 0.370×0.370 square copper conductor optimizes coil stacking structure, effectively improving slot fill rate compared with round wires. It increases copper filling volume, reduces coil resistance and boosts working efficiency. Conductor rounded corners prevent enamel peeling during tight winding and automatic winding.

2.3 Excellent SV Self-Bonding Performance

Equipped with high-stability SV self-bonding coating, supporting solvent and thermal dual bonding. After curing, coils bond firmly with stable structural strength, no loose turns or deformation under vibration and temperature cycling. It simplifies production processes and improves coil yield.

2.4 Basic Stable Performance

High-purity oxygen-free copper core ensures low loss and stable conductivity. Smooth, pinhole-free enamel surface fits high-speed automatic winding. The insulation offers good moisture, oil and chemical resistance for stable industrial application.
